Heat treatments

The heat treatments department has 6 fully automated ovens, programmable and with registration of the treatment cycle run for traceability related to particular subject to T.T. Ovens allow us to perform treatments such as: stress relieving, annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering and age-hardening.

• n° 3 Horizontal furnaces SA.PE to 1.5 m³ until 1100 °C
• n° 1 Pit furnaces FIX SIDER to 1.5 m³ until 1100 °C
• n° 1 Pit furnace SIB to 0.8 m³ until 750 °C
• n° 1 Kanthal chamber furnace for reclamation from 2 m³ until 1100 °C
